[摘要]地鐵車輛基地上蓋大型房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)作為一種新型建筑形式已被廣泛認(rèn)可與應(yīng)用,考慮到地鐵車輛基地的重要性,將層間隔震技術(shù)應(yīng)用到地鐵車輛基地上蓋開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)中,成為提高結(jié)構(gòu)主體抗震性能的有效方法,為地鐵車輛基地上蓋開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)提供新的思路和方向。采用ETABS對(duì)某具體工程進(jìn)行了隔震計(jì)算,得到隔震支座拉應(yīng)力、隔震層以上樓層的最小剪重比及抗傾覆力矩等指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求,證明結(jié)構(gòu)方案合理,隔震效果明顯。

Application of interlayer seismic isolation in upper cover development above metro vehicle base

Abstract:Large-scale real estate development in the upper cover development of the metro vehicle base is a new type of building form that has been widely recognized and applied. Considering the importance of metro vehicle base, the application of the interlayer isolation technology to the development and design of the upper cover above metro vehicle base has become an effective method to improve the seismic performance of the main structure. This provides a new idea and direction for upper cover development above the metro vehicle base. ETABS software was used to conduct seismic isolation calculation on the specific project to obtain tensile stress of isolation bearing, the minimum shear weight ratio of layers above isolation layer and anti-overturning moment. These indicators all meet code requirements. The results show that the structural scheme is reasonable and the isolation effect is obvious.
