[摘要]昆明天湖景秀項目百米高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)住宅采用基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù),通過鉛鋅隔震支座和普通橡膠隔震支座的合理布置和設(shè)計,取得了良好的隔震效果。對隔震系統(tǒng)偏心率、樓層最小剪力系數(shù)、各設(shè)防水準(zhǔn)支座應(yīng)力、大震下變形和恢復(fù)能力、抗風(fēng)設(shè)計等做了詳細(xì)分析。采取單向和三向非線性時程分析進(jìn)行大震包絡(luò)設(shè)計,對重點樓層位移和受拉支座應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了重點討論。針對高層結(jié)構(gòu)隔震設(shè)計,歸納了隔震支座的布置原則,提供了實用的設(shè)計流程,供工程參考。

Nonlinear analysis of base-isolation for a 100-meter-high residential building of Tianhu Jingxiu project in Kunming

Abstract:The base isolation technology was applied to a 100-meter-high shear wall residential building of Tianhu Jingxiu project in Kunming, both lead rubber bearings and rubber bearings are set on the right location, in order to obviously decrease seismic response of upper structure. The isolation layer eccentricity, the minimum seismic shear coefficient, the tension and compression stress and lateral deformation of isolator under all seismic levers, and wind resistance capacity were detailed analyzed. Both one-dimensional and three-dimensional finite-element model were applied for nonlinear time\|history analysis and envelope design, the deformation of key storeys and tension stress of isolator were discussed in detail. The key issues of isolation design for high-rise buildings, such as isolators arrangement and isolation effect, isolation analysis process and results were provided the reference for project.
