屈曲約束支撐混凝土框架節(jié)點板連接研究綜述及展望*

[摘要]在屈曲約束支撐(Buckling-Restrained Brace, BRB)鋼框架中,節(jié)點連接失效是影響其性能發(fā)揮的關(guān)鍵。結(jié)合BRB鋼框架節(jié)點連接的失效原因以及混凝土框架自身特點,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外最新研究成果,從三個方面對BRB混凝土框架中的節(jié)點板連接設(shè)計展開討論并提出建議。首先節(jié)點板與梁柱交界面的荷載作用可分為BRB作用和框架作用,經(jīng)研究分析推薦采用泛應(yīng)力法計算BRB作用,采用等效支撐模型計算框架作用;其次采用Thornton方法、修正Thornton方法、Sheng等人和AISC規(guī)范建議設(shè)計公式來對比節(jié)點板受壓承載力的計算,結(jié)果表明如何確定等效邊界條件是研究重點;最后在現(xiàn)有規(guī)范條文的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了夾板式雙面錨固節(jié)點、腹板開孔H型鋼預(yù)埋件節(jié)點、預(yù)埋鋼骨節(jié)點、預(yù)緊螺栓節(jié)點等研究成果和適用條件,研究表明在往復(fù)荷載下預(yù)埋件的拉剪復(fù)合受力性能是保證節(jié)點連接安全的關(guān)鍵。

Research review and prospect of gusset plate joint for buckling-restrained braced concrete frame

Abstract:In steel buckling-restrained braced frames (BRB frames), the failure of the connection has a significant effect on its performance. Based on the recent domestic and abroad researches, three aspects related to gusset plate connection design of the concrete BRB frames were discussed while some suggestions were further proposed. The failure mechanisms of the connection in BRB frames and self-characteristics of concrete frames were also taken into consideration. Firstly, the load in the interface between the gusset plate and the beam-column joint can be divided into BRB action and frame action. The generalized stress method was recommended to calculate BRB action and the equivalent support model was used to calculate the frame action. Then, the Thornton method, the modified Thornton method and the design formula proposed by Sheng et al. and the suggested design formula in the AISC was used to compare calculations of the compression bearing capacity of the gusset plate. The results show that how to determine the equivalent boundary condition is the key point of research. Finally, on the basis of existing codes, the research results and application conditions of the splint-typed double-sided anchorage joints, the embedded part joint of H-shaped steel beam with holes in web, the embedded steel-bone joint and the pre-tightened bolt joint were introduced. The results show that under the cyclic load, the tensile-shear composite mechanical performance of embedded part is the key point to ensure the security of joint connection.
