上海旗忠網(wǎng)球中心預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土看臺結(jié)構(gòu)施工監(jiān)測研究

[摘要]上海旗忠網(wǎng)球中心預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土看臺結(jié)構(gòu)體系新穎,施工工藝復(fù)雜。應(yīng)用Bragg光柵光纖應(yīng)變傳感器、振弦式智能鋼筋應(yīng)力計以及混凝土應(yīng)變計等先進傳感器件,對看臺結(jié)構(gòu)在混凝土澆筑、預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉以及鋼屋蓋吊裝等關(guān)鍵施工階段控制截面的混凝土、鋼筋和預(yù)應(yīng)力筋應(yīng)力,整體與局部變形等進行了監(jiān)測與研究。研究表明:在施工全過程中結(jié)構(gòu)基本處于彈性工作狀態(tài),控制截面應(yīng)力與結(jié)構(gòu)變形均處于安全范圍內(nèi);在預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉前部分截面混凝土出現(xiàn)了較大的拉應(yīng)力,但在張拉后結(jié)構(gòu)基本處于全截面受壓狀態(tài);對于預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系,宜采用先徑向后環(huán)向的預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉順序;Bragg光柵光纖應(yīng)變傳感器、振弦式智能鋼筋應(yīng)力計以及混凝土應(yīng)變計的工作性能穩(wěn)定且精度較高,可應(yīng)用于重大工程結(jié)構(gòu)的施工過程監(jiān)測。

Study on construction monitoring for prestressed concrete stand of Shanghai Qizhong Tennis Center

Abstract:The structural system of Shanghai Qizhong Tennis Center is novel, and the construction is complicated. Fiber Bragg grating strain sensors, intelligent concrete sensors and steel bar sensors were used to monitor stresses of concrete, steel bars and prestressing tendons at the important sections of the prestressed concrete stand during the key construction stages, such as concrete casting, prestress stretching and the steel roof lifting and installing. Observations and investigations indicate that this structure is mainly in elastic range and the stresses and deformations remain in safety ranges during the global construction process; the tensile stresses of concrete in partial sections are relatively large before prestress stretching, but after prestress stretching the sections are all in compression; the radial tendons should be stretched prior to the circumferential tendons. It can be observed that fiber Bragg grating strain sensors, intelligent concrete sensors and steel bar sensors have stable behavior and high precision during prestress detecting, which are alternatives to be used in construction monitoring of important engineering structures.
