水稻秸稈草磚的力學性能試驗研究*

[摘要]秸稈草磚作為一種新興環(huán)保建筑材料,以它為材料建造的房屋在我國新農村建設中已有推廣應用,但目前關于秸稈草磚力學性能研究還沒有系統(tǒng)性成果。對長×寬×高尺寸為500mm×400mm×380mm水稻秸稈草磚進行了受壓性能試驗,得到水稻秸稈草磚的荷載-位移曲線,并與其他文獻的水稻秸稈草磚試驗結果進行對比,得到了不同放置方式、加載面積、壓縮邊尺寸和密度下水稻秸稈草磚的應力-應變關系曲線。結果表明,水稻秸稈草磚的極限承載力和彈性模量與初始密度、加載面面積、壓縮邊尺寸和放置方式均有關,并通過數(shù)值擬合得到水稻秸稈草磚的極限承載力和彈性模量的計算表達式,且擬合公式計算結果和試驗結果的誤差約在±5%左右,兩者吻合較好。

Experimental research on mechanical properties of rice straw bales

Abstract:Straw bale is a new green construction material and has been applied in building construction in new countryside construction of China.However, there is no systematic research result on mechanical properties of straw bale. The compression performance experiments on rice straw bales with size of 500mm×400mm×380mm were studied, and the load-displacement curves were obtained. The results were compared with experimental results on rice straw bales in other literatures to obtain the stress-strain curves of rice straw bales with different placing ways, loading areas, compression-side lengths and densities. Results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and elastic modulus of rice straw bales are related to initial density, loading area, compression-side length and placing way. Meanwhile, the calculation formulas of the ultimate bearing capacity and elastic modulus of rice straw bales are put forward through numerical fitting. The error between the calculated results of fitting formulas and the experimental results is about ±5%, and the two results are in good agreement.
