單片預(yù)制圓孔板剪力墻抗震性能試驗

[摘要]進行了4個設(shè)置現(xiàn)澆邊緣構(gòu)件的單片預(yù)制圓孔板剪力墻試件在軸壓力和往復(fù)水平力作用下的試驗研究,結(jié)果顯示:試件墻體與基礎(chǔ)梁連接處開裂,邊緣構(gòu)件幾乎沿全高出現(xiàn)水平裂縫,預(yù)制墻布滿了斜裂縫,預(yù)制墻與邊緣構(gòu)件交界面開裂。進一步分析可知,試件的破壞形態(tài)為彎剪破壞。試件名義屈服前,底截面豎向鋼筋應(yīng)變分布基本符合平截面假定,各試件耗能能力接近,位移延性系數(shù)大于5,極限位移角大于1/100。試件可等效為實墻,按現(xiàn)行規(guī)范計算其承載力。試驗結(jié)果表明,設(shè)置現(xiàn)澆邊緣構(gòu)件的預(yù)制圓孔板剪力墻可以作為房屋建筑的抗震結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件。

Tests on seismic behavior of single piece prefabricated concrete hollow-core shear wall specimens

Abstract:Quasi-static tests of four specimens of single piece prefabricated concrete hollow-core shear wall with cast-in-situ boundary elements were performed to investigate its seismic behavior. The test results indicate that horizontal cracks run through the interface between the wall and the base beam and appear along the overall height of the boundary elements. Diagonal cracks appear on the whole prefabricated wall and vertical cracks run through the interface between the boundary element and the prefabricated wall. The specimens fail in the mode of bending-shear. Before the nominal yield, the strain distribution of the vertical reinforcements at the bottom of the wall satisfies the plan assumption and the energy dissipation capacity of the four specimens is approximately the same. The displacement ductility is larger than 5 and the ultimate drift ratio is greater than 1/100. The hollow-core shear wall specimen can be equalized to the solid wall and its load-carrying capacity can be calculated by the current codes. It is concluded that the prefabricated concrete hollow-core shear walls with cast-in-situ boundary elements are suited to resist earthquakes for buildings.
