大同大劇院異形混凝土殼體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]國(guó)內(nèi)異形結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)剛剛起步,以山西大同大劇院為工程背景,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的一系列難點(diǎn)展開(kāi)深入研究及分析,論證其大跨度異形殼體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性及可實(shí)施性。大同大劇院異形混凝土殼體形狀如“山”字形,屋面波瀾起伏,最大跨度約50m,厚度300mm。落地殼體、劇院框架、門(mén)廳內(nèi)2個(gè)混凝土異形筒柱成為屋面殼體的主要豎向承重構(gòu)件。對(duì)本項(xiàng)目做了風(fēng)洞數(shù)值模擬試驗(yàn)以確定風(fēng)荷載取值;利用ABAQUS有限元軟件分析異形混凝土殼體的穩(wěn)定性及罕遇地震作用下主要構(gòu)件的性能指標(biāo);利用ANSYS有限元軟件對(duì)大體積混凝土連續(xù)澆筑產(chǎn)生的收縮、徐變進(jìn)行分析;利用MIDAS/Gen有限元軟件分析異形混凝土殼體的溫度應(yīng)力及內(nèi)力。上述分析有效地保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的整體安全性。

Structural design of irregular concrete shell of Datong Grand Theatre

Abstract:The design of the irregular structure has just started in China. Taking Datong Grand Theatre in Shanxi Province as the engineering background, a series of difficulties in the process of structural design were studied and analyzed in detail. The rationality and feasibility of structural design of large-span irregular concrete shell were demonstrated. The  irregular concrete shell shape of Datong Grand Theatre   is mountain-shaped. The structural roof has waves, with the maximum span of about 50m and thickness of 300mm. The main vertical load bearing components of the roof shell consist of floor shell, theatre frame and two concrete irregular tube-columns in hall. The numerical simulation test using the wind tunnel was carried out to determine the wind load value. The ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the stability of the irregular concrete shell and the performance of the main components under the rare earthquake. The ANSYS finite element software was used to analyze the shrinkage and creep of large volume concrete cast continuously, and the temperature stress and internal force of the irregular concrete shell were analyzed by MIDAS/Gen finite element software. The above analyses effectively ensure the overall safety of the structure.
