雙片預(yù)制圓孔板剪力墻抗震性能試驗(yàn)

(1 清華大學(xué)土木工程系,北京 100084; 2 北京工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,北京 100124;3 北京市城建技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)中心,北京 100055; 4 北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京 100045)[摘要]針對(duì)預(yù)制混凝土圓孔板承重體系,進(jìn)行了4個(gè)設(shè)置現(xiàn)澆邊緣構(gòu)件的雙片預(yù)制圓孔板剪力墻試件的擬靜力試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示:試件墻體與基礎(chǔ)梁之間出現(xiàn)貫通的水平裂縫,邊緣構(gòu)件幾乎沿全高出現(xiàn)水平裂縫,預(yù)制墻布滿了斜裂縫;預(yù)制墻與現(xiàn)澆邊緣構(gòu)件交界面、預(yù)制墻與豎向連接縫交界面開(kāi)裂。試件的破壞形態(tài)為彎剪破壞。名義屈服前,墻底截面豎向鋼筋應(yīng)變分布基本符合平截面假定。位移延性系數(shù)大于5,極限位移角大于1/100。試件可等效為實(shí)墻,按現(xiàn)行規(guī)范計(jì)算其承載力。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出了改進(jìn)預(yù)制墻與現(xiàn)澆混凝土之間連接豎縫的建議。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼筋混凝土雙片預(yù)制圓孔板剪力墻;現(xiàn)澆邊緣構(gòu)件;抗震性能;擬靜力試驗(yàn)Tests of specimens of double piece prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow-core shear wallQian Jiaru1, Zhang Weijing2, Zhao Fengdong3, Li Lurong3, Meng Tao2, Feng Baochun4(1 Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China; 2 Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100124, China;3 Center of Construction Science & Technology, Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Beijing 100055, China; 4 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract:Quasi-static test results of four specimens of double piece prefabricated concrete hollow-core shear wall with cast-in-situ boundary elements indicate that: horizontal cracks run through the interface between the wall and the base beam, horizontal cracks distribute almost along the overall height of the boundary elements; diagonal cracks distribute on the whole surface of the prefabricated walls; vertical cracks run through the interface between the boundary element and the prefabricated wall; the failure mode of the specimens is bending-shear type; before the nominal yield, the strain distribution of the vertical reinforcements at the bottom of the wall satisfies the plan assumption; the displacement ductility is greater than 5 and the ultimate drift ratio is greater than 1/100;the hollow-core shear wall specimen can be equalized to the solid wall, its load-carrying capacity can be calculated by the current codes.
