分層強(qiáng)夯置換在大型油罐地基處理中的應(yīng)用*

[摘要]由于受最大有效加固深度的限制,強(qiáng)夯置換在軟弱土層深厚的大型油罐地基中的應(yīng)用受到了制約。結(jié)合云南某煉油項(xiàng)目地基處理工程,通過(guò)多種檢測(cè)手段對(duì)強(qiáng)夯置換試驗(yàn)區(qū)地基加固效果進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)價(jià),確定了強(qiáng)夯置換墩長(zhǎng)度、墩底軟弱土層和墩間土加固效果,并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)區(qū)檢測(cè)結(jié)果,確定10萬(wàn)m3油罐地基分層強(qiáng)夯置換的設(shè)計(jì)施工參數(shù)。分層強(qiáng)夯置換方案中,底層采用柱錘強(qiáng)夯置換,以形成較長(zhǎng)的置換墩來(lái)穿透軟弱土層;頂層回填土層采用平錘強(qiáng)夯置換,使松散回填土得到立體全方位的擠密加固。大面積施工檢測(cè)結(jié)果和油罐充水預(yù)壓監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,油罐地基承載力和變形均能滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求,分層強(qiáng)夯置換在該項(xiàng)目中具有較好的地基加固效果,可在類(lèi)似工程中推廣應(yīng)用。

Application of layered dynamic compaction replacement in foundation treatment of large oil tank project

Abstract:The application of dynamic compaction replacement in foundation treatment of large oil tank project is limited when soft soil layer is thick or deeply buried because of the limitation of the maximum effective reinforcement depth. Based on the foundation treatment in a refinery project in Yunnan Province, effects of foundation reinforcement for foundation in test region of dynamic compaction replacement were analyzed and evaluated through a variety of detection methods. The dynamic compaction replacement pier length, soft soil layer at bottom of pier and reinforcement effect of soil between piers were determined. According to detection results in test region, design and construction parameters of layered dynamic compaction replacement of 100 000 m3 tank foundation were determined. Pillar-hammer dynamic compaction replacement was adopted in layered dynamic compaction replacement to form a long replacement pier to penetrate soft soil layer. Meanwhile flat-hammer dynamic compaction replacement was adopted in top-layer backfill soil to compact and reinforce loose backfill three-dimensionally and omnidirectionally. The large area construction detection results and water filling preloading monitoring results of oil tank show that the bearing capacity and deformation of oil tank foundation can satisfy the requirements of relevant specifications and layered dynamic compaction replacement in this project has a good effect of foundation reinforcement, so the method of layered dynamic compaction replacement can be widely applied in similar projects.
