[摘要]通過對樁基礎(chǔ)變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)有研究成果的分析,指出了針對高層建筑按常規(guī)理念設(shè)計(jì)的樁基礎(chǔ)容易出現(xiàn)超出規(guī)范限值的碟形差異沉降,進(jìn)而引起上部結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生較大次生應(yīng)力的現(xiàn)象。總結(jié)了產(chǎn)生碟形差異沉降的兩個(gè)主要原因:一是上部荷載的明顯不均勻分布;二是樁-土之間的相互作用。同時(shí)對目前研究最多的基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法(樁基礎(chǔ)變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì))及其工程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述。最后總結(jié)了樁基礎(chǔ)變剛度調(diào)平的設(shè)計(jì)原則、步驟及其各自適用的范圍。

Review of variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of pile foundation

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing research results of variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of pile foundation, it pointed out that the pile foundation designed according to the conventional concept of high-rise building was prone to appear disk-shape variant settlement exceeding the specification limit, which caused the phenomenon of large secondary stress of upper structure. It summarized the two main reasons that led to disk-shape variant settlement: one was the obvious uneven distribution of the upper load and the other was the interaction between pile and soil. At the same time, the current most researched foundation optimization design method (pile foundation variable rigidity design method for balance settlement) and its engineering design practice were discussed in detail. Finally, the design principles, processes and applicable ranges of variable rigidity design method for balance settlement of pile foundation were summarized.
