[摘要]通過(guò)對(duì)3根配置高強(qiáng)度碳纖維棒高爐渣混凝土梁和3根高爐渣鋼筋混凝土梁正截面受彎性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)配置碳纖維棒主筋的高爐渣混凝土梁的正截面受彎性能較高爐渣鋼筋混凝土梁略有下降,主要表現(xiàn)為:除1根配置碳纖維棒主筋的高爐渣混凝土梁破壞荷載能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求外,其余兩根梁破壞荷載分別能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)荷載的99%和95%;梁體裂縫發(fā)展明顯更快,且裂縫寬度更大,碳纖維棒拉斷時(shí),梁體裂縫基本在1-4mm左右。針對(duì)裂縫超寬的問(wèn)題,提出在梁側(cè)增設(shè)腰筋的方式以限制裂縫的開(kāi)展,并進(jìn)行了理論分析和計(jì)算。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,該方法能有效抑制裂縫的發(fā)展,減小跨中撓度,能滿足設(shè)計(jì)和使用要求。

Study on normal section bending performance of blast furnace slag concrete beam with high strength carbon fiber rod

Abstract:By comparison tests on the normal section bending performance of three blast furnace slag concrete beams with high strength carbon fiber rod and three blast furnace slag reinforced concrete beams, it is found that the normal section bending performance of former beams has a slight decline compared with the latter beams. It mainly features as follows. The failure load of a blast furnace slag concrete beam with the carbon fiber rod as main bars can meet the design requirements, and the other two beams can reach 99% and 95% of the designed load respectively. Crack development of beam is significantly faster, and the crack width is bigger. When the carbon fiber rod is pulled off, the beam crack basically is about 1-4mm. In order to solve the problem of extra-wide cracks, the way to reinforce the steel bar on the beam side was proposed to limit the development of the crack, and the theoretical analysis and calculation were carried out. The experiment proves that the method can effectively restrain the development of cracks and reduce the mid-span deflection. Design and use requirements can be met.
