[摘要]新型單邊全螺栓梁柱節(jié)點連接方式能夠方便地將方形鋼管柱與H型鋼梁進行連接,其連接方式的不同也決定了其抗拉承載力的影響因素的不同。為了研究矩形鋼管柱與H型鋼梁采用新型單邊全螺栓連接對螺栓極限抗拉承載力的影響,對15組方鋼管試件進行螺栓群單向拉伸試驗,并對貼板厚度、連接螺栓個數(shù)、管壁強度以及方鋼管截面尺寸等影響因素進行了分析,為研究影響螺栓抗拉承載力的因素提供了可靠的試驗理論依據。研究結果表明:管壁和貼板強度對螺栓抗拉極限承載力影響最大,貼板厚度影響相對較小,單個螺栓極限抗拉承載力將隨著連接螺栓數(shù)增多而有所下降。

Research on influence factors for tensile bearing capacity of bolt adopted new single-side full bolt connection

Abstract:It is convenient to connect the square steel column and the H-shape steel beam with new single-side full bolt joints. The different connection type decides the different influence factor for the tensile bearing capacity of bolts. In order to study the influence of the connection type above on the ultimate tensile bearing capacity of bolt, uniaxial tensile test of bolt group was carried out for fifteen square steel tubular specimens. Influencing factors were analyzed including flitch thickness, connection bolt number, tube wall strength and section size of square steel tube, which put forward a reliable experimental theory basis for studying the influence factors of the ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the bolt. Results show that the strength of the tube wall and flitch has the greatest impact on the ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the bolt, the impact of flitch thickness is relatively smaller, and the ultimate tensile strength of a single bolt decreases with the increase of the number of bolts.
