超限高層施工過程結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形規(guī)律研究*

摘 要

[摘要]以陜西省延長石油科研中心大廈超高層項目為對象,運用MIDAS/Gen軟件,考慮結(jié)構(gòu)剛度、幾何形態(tài)、邊界條件、施工荷載以及材料性質(zhì)的時變特性,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行施工過程仿真模擬,對傳統(tǒng)加載模擬、未考慮找平施工模擬和考慮找平施工模擬三種計算方案下的結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形進行對比分析,并對外框柱、核心筒的豎向變形組成成分以及不同施工找平措施下二者豎向變形差進行對比分析。結(jié)果表明:考慮找平的施工模擬計算結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)加載模擬和未考慮找平的施工模擬計算結(jié)果差異較大,得到的結(jié)構(gòu)施工豎向變形規(guī)律表現(xiàn)為中間大、兩端?。粡椥宰冃螌Y(jié)構(gòu)豎向總變形起控制作用,徐變變形次之,收縮變形影響最小;混凝土收縮、徐變以及施工找平因素對結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形規(guī)律影響較大,不容忽視。

Research on structural vertical deformation law of out-of-code high-rise building during construction process

Abstract:The construction process simulation was conducted on the super high-rise building named Yanchang Petroleum Scientific Research Center located in Shaanxi Province by using the  MIDAS/Gen software, considering the time-varying characteristics including the structural stiffness, geometric shape, boundary conditions, construction loads and material properties. Comparison analysis was conducted on the three calculation schemes of structural vertical deformation, including traditional loading simulation, construction simulation without considering leveling, and construction simulation considering leveling. The vertical deformation components of frame columns and the core tube, and the structural vertical deformation differences between them under different construction leveling measures were analyzed in comparison. The results show that the calculation results of construction simulation considering leveling are quite different from results of traditional loading simulation and construction simulation without considering construction leveling. The structural vertical deformation law of structure construction features large in the middle and small at the both ends. The electric deformation takes controlling role in the overall structural vertical deformation, while creep deformation follows and shrinkage deformation has least effect. Factors like concrete shrinkage, concrete creep and construction leveling have great effects on the law of structural vertical deformation and cannot be ignored.
