[摘要]人民日報社報刊綜合樓索網(wǎng)幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)屬于超高曲面索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),鑒于此類結(jié)構(gòu)拉索超長、索網(wǎng)整體呈曲面外形的特殊性,其設(shè)計和施工均不同于常規(guī)平面索網(wǎng)。重點闡述了該索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計和預(yù)應(yīng)力施工,設(shè)計上采用了有限元法建立了包含邊界結(jié)構(gòu)的整體計算模型,針對此類超高曲面索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的特點,總結(jié)了設(shè)計要點,進行了多工況荷載組合計算,最終設(shè)計滿足承載力和變形的要求。施工上,一方面將整片索網(wǎng)根據(jù)邊界柱分為若干個區(qū)域,張拉時整體按照一邊到另一邊的順序張拉,單個區(qū)域按照從兩邊到中間的順序張拉;另一方面,通過將單根通長曲線拉索分8段來設(shè)計,以實現(xiàn)索網(wǎng)的造型和保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。采用有限元軟件對施工過程進行模擬計算分析,實際施工時采取監(jiān)測手段來校核施工模擬計算的結(jié)果。實踐證明文中所述的設(shè)計和施工方法切實可行,并取得了預(yù)期的建筑效果。

Prestressed design and construction study on cable net curtain walls of People′s Daily Newspaper Complex Building

Abstract:The cable net curtain wall structure of People′s Daily Newspaper Complex Building is a kind of super-high curved cable net structure. Considering the specialty of super-long tensile cable and overall curved shape of cable net, the design and construction are different from those of the normal plane cable net. The design and prestressed construction of the cable net structure were illustrated emphatically. The finite element method was used in design to establish overall calculation model including boundary structure. According to the characteristics of super-high curved cable net structure, the key points of the design were summarized, and load combination calculations under multiple working conditions were conducted. The final design met the requirements of the bearing capacity and deformation. In construction, the whole piece of cable net was divided into several regions according to the boundary columns. As a whole, tension sequence of prestressing is from one side of the cable net to the other side.For a single area, tension sequence of prestressing is from both sides to the middle. On the other hand, a single long curved tensile cable was designed as eight cables to satisfy the shape of cable net and safety of the structure. The finite element software was used to simulate the construction process, and the field monitoring was used in actual construction to check the result of simulation analysis of construction. The practice proves that the proposed design and construction method are feasible and achieves the desired architectural effect.
