［摘要］呼市百貨公司新城商業(yè)辦公綜合樓為位于高烈度區(qū)的續(xù)建項目。原結(jié)構(gòu)為混凝土-框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，施工到6層后進(jìn)行了續(xù)建，續(xù)建部分采用矩形鋼管混凝土框架柱-鋼支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系，并按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計。介紹了原建和續(xù)建部分的結(jié)構(gòu)體系和關(guān)鍵部位的加強(qiáng)措施，框架柱節(jié)點(diǎn)在過渡區(qū)的細(xì)部構(gòu)造，補(bǔ)充了罕遇地震彈塑性時程分析，結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)滿足“大震不倒”的設(shè)防目標(biāo)。在較為經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理的條件下，項目各關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件滿足所設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design for the retrofitted project of comprehensive building of a commercial office

Abstract:The new commercial office complex building of Hohhot Department Store is a continued construction building located in high seismic intensity region. The original structure is concrete frame shear wall structure. Continued construction is conducted after the construction completion of 6th floor. The continued construction part adopts rectangle concrete filled steel tube frame column and steel support structural system, and the structure is designed according to current codes. The structural systems of the original part and the continued construction part as well as strengthening measures in key parts and detailed construction of column in transition part. Elastic\|plastic time\|history analysis under rare earthquake was supplemented. Results show that the structure meets fortification objective of “not collapsing under rare earthquake”. Under the economic and reasonable condition, key components of the project meet the proposed seismic performance objective, so the structure has good seismic performance.
