[摘要]根據(jù)自由曲面的形成機(jī)理,建立自由曲面結(jié)構(gòu)的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型。以控制點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)為優(yōu)化變量,以應(yīng)變能密度、特征屈曲值為目標(biāo)函數(shù),運(yùn)用遺傳算法,采用MATLAB與ANSYS分析軟件,對(duì)自由曲面進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化。研究表明,所提出的優(yōu)化方法適用性強(qiáng)、優(yōu)化效果較好,可用于各種自由曲面的形態(tài)優(yōu)化。

Multi-objective shape optimization of free-form surface structures

Abstract:Based on the formation mechanism of free-form surfaces, a multi-objective optimization model for free-form grid structures was proposed. The coordinates of the control points were used as optimization variables, strain energy density and linear buckling load factor were taken as optimization object, the genetic algorithm was applied to the multi-objective optimization for free-form surface by using MATLAB and ANSYS analysis software. It can be concluded that this method has strong applicability and good optimization effect, and can be used to optimize arbitrary free-form surfaces.
