某復雜高層多塔樓弱連體結構設計

[摘要]萬華化學研究中心上?;亟ㄔO項目為6塔連體復雜高層建筑。各單體存在體型復雜、豎向抗側力構件不連續(xù)和側向剛度不規(guī)則等多項超限內(nèi)容,各塔樓之間在不同樓層由高空連廊搭接,連廊采用弱連接形式,塔樓裙房以上整體外挑尺寸最遠端為13-5m,大懸挑部分采用鋼拉桿懸掛結構方案。根據(jù)工程的特點及超限情況,確定結構的性能化抗震設計目標,對各塔樓進行小震彈性分析、彈性時程分析、靜力彈塑性分析,并對鋼拉桿懸掛結構及連廊結構進行了設計分析。分析結果表明,整體結構各項指標均滿足規(guī)范要求,結構性能狀況滿足抗震性能化設計目標。

Structural design of a complex high-rise multi-tower building with weak connection

Abstract:Wanhua Chemical Research Center Project located in Shanghai is a complex high-rise building composed of six connected towers. Each single tower has multiple out-of-code problems such as complex shape, vertical lateral-resistant member discontinuousness and lateral stiffness irregularity. In addition, towers are connected by skybridges between these towers at different floors and skybridges adopt weakly connected form. The overall cantilever length of the building above the podium is 13-5m at the farthest end, and large cantilever part adopts steel rod suspension structural scheme. According to the engineering characteristics and out-of-code conditions, the performance-based seismic design goals of the structure were determined. Elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis, and pushover analysis were carried out, and the steel rod suspension structure and skybridges were analyzed and designed. The analysis result shows that all the indicators of the whole structure meet the demands of codes and the structural performance condition meet perfectly performance-based seismic design goals.
