[摘要]銀川德豐大廈是采用帶加強層的鋼管混凝土疊合柱框架-核心筒結(jié)構體系的超高層結(jié)構,設置三道加強層以提高結(jié)構的側(cè)向剛度。針對項目有多項超限的特點,提出了相應的抗震性能目標和針對超限的加強措施?;诹褐苄糟q和剪力墻纖維模型,利用軟件MIDAS Building對結(jié)構進行彈塑性動力時程分析以研究整體結(jié)構在大震下的動力響應。分析結(jié)果表明,在大震作用下,結(jié)構構件能滿足設定的性能要求,可以實現(xiàn)“大震不倒”的抗震設防目標。

Dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of Defeng Building in Yinchuan

Abstract:Defeng Building in Yinchuan is a super high-rise building that adopts steel tube concrete composite column frame-corewall structural system with strengthening layers. Three strengthening layers were settled to improve the lateral stiffness of the structure. There are many out-of-code structural characteristics in the project, so relevant seismic performance goals and strengthening measures were proposed. Based on the beam-column plastic hinges and shear wall fiber model, the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis was performed by software MIDAS Building to study dynamic response of the overall structure under rare earthquake. The analysis results show that, under rare earthquake, the structural members can meet the set performance goals to realize the performance-based seismic design goal of “no collapsing under rare earthquake”.
