［摘要］沈陽(yáng)寶能金融中心住宅塔樓高194～200m，結(jié)構(gòu)高寬比8-4～9-5，采用鋼筋混凝土全落地剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系，通過(guò)合理地配置剪力墻，形成束筒效應(yīng)，有效提高了整體結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)及抗扭剛度；考慮大底盤(pán)多塔效應(yīng)、短墻效應(yīng)等，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性、中震及大震彈塑性等的計(jì)算分析，結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗側(cè)剛度，較好地滿足抗震設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)期的性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design on residence towers of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub

Abstract:Residence tower of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub adopts whole landing reinforced concrete shear wall structural system with height between 194 to 200m and height to width ratio between 8-4 to 9-5. By means of reasonably configuring the shear walls, bundled tube effect is established, and it effectively improves the whole structure′s lateral stiffness and torsional rigidity. Considering the structure is multi tower structure with enlarged base and has many short walls, deeply calculation analyses on the structure were conducted, including the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under fortification carthquake and rare earthquake. The results show that the tower structure has good lateral stiffness, and the structural system can achieve the anticipative performance objectives.
