[摘要]沈陽寶能金融中心T1塔樓高565m,采用巨型空間斜撐外框架+勁性鋼筋混凝土核心筒+外伸臂鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,有效滿足了該超高層結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計要求。通過合理地配置核心筒、外框結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度及其連接構(gòu)件,形成多重抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)體系,充分發(fā)揮了結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的效用,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了包括小震彈性、中震及大震彈塑性等深入細(xì)致的計算分析,結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗側(cè)剛度和抗扭性能,可較好地滿足抗震設(shè)計兩階段的性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design on T1 tower of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub

Abstract:The T1 tower of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub is 565m tall,  which adopts mega spatial braced frame-stiff SRC corewall-outrigger steel truss structural system. It fully satisfies design requirements of the super high-rise building. By means of reasonably configuring stiffness of core walls, outer frames and connection members, multiple resistances to lateral force system can be established to fully utilize the structure members′ property and ensure structural safety. Further calculation analyses on the structure were conducted including the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under fortification earthquake  and rare earthquake. The results show that the tower structure has good lateral stiffness and torsional behavior, which can achieve the two-stage seismic performance objectives.
