世博軸索膜結(jié)構(gòu)選型與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)研究

(上?,F(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)(集團(tuán))有限公司,上海 200041)[摘要]上海世博軸索膜結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)歷了多種方案的比選。以世博軸特大型張拉索膜結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)過程為主線,采用非線性有限元方法對該項(xiàng)目各種方案的結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析比較了4個(gè)不同方案的結(jié)構(gòu)受力和變形特征。在參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,對安全系數(shù)取值、位移控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、等效風(fēng)荷載取值問題做了深入探討,總結(jié)出一套合理的設(shè)計(jì)方法。將非穩(wěn)態(tài)計(jì)算得到的風(fēng)荷載時(shí)程通過插值直接加載到有限元模型上進(jìn)行動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析,獲得等效靜力風(fēng)荷載。[關(guān)鍵詞]索膜結(jié)構(gòu);結(jié)構(gòu)選型;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);數(shù)值風(fēng)洞Structural form selection and design of cable-membrane structure for EXPO AxisLu Dan, Li Chengming, Wang Dasui, Tian Wei(Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract:Taking the design process of EXPO Axis cable-membrane structure as clue, the mechanical evolution and scheme development were discussed for the membrane structure. Various schemes had been proposed along with the analysis of structural response using nonlinear finite elements. Based on worldwide specifications, codes and papers, the value of safety factor, the controlling standard of displacement and the equivalent static wind load were discussed.
