空間裸鋼端板連接節(jié)點(diǎn)性能有限元分析*

[摘要]利用ANSYS建立了空間中柱端板連接節(jié)點(diǎn)、邊柱端板連接節(jié)點(diǎn)和角柱端板連接節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元模型,并分析了這三種空間端板連接節(jié)點(diǎn)在空間荷載和平面荷載作用下初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度和彎矩等性能的變化。研究表明:在空間荷載作用下,空間節(jié)點(diǎn)的初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度要普遍大于平面荷載作用下的初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度,尤其是空間中柱節(jié)點(diǎn)初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度變化最大;對(duì)于節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力,空間荷載作用下的承載力小于平面荷載作用下的節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力,空間角柱節(jié)點(diǎn)受荷載影響最大。最后基于有限元分析了不同荷載作用下空間節(jié)點(diǎn)性能差異的原因。

Finite element analysis on performances of space steel joints with end-plate connection

Abstract:Numerical models of space end-plate joints including internal joint, external joint and corner joint were established using ANSYS software. The initial rotational stiffness  and the bending moment of three types of space end\|plate joints were analyzed under the space loading and plane loading. The research shows that the initial rotational stiffness under the space loading is bigger than that under the plane loading, especially the change of initial rotational stiffness of the space internal joint is the largest. For the joint bearing capacity, it is smaller under the space loading than that under the plane loading, and the change of space corner joint is the biggest. Finally, the reasons of the performance differences under different loadings were analyzed based on finite element analysis.
