[摘要]盤錦體育場為復(fù)雜馬鞍形索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),為驗證施工方案的可行性、方便性,進(jìn)行了1∶10縮尺試驗。同時通過計算機(jī)模擬,與試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,研究了縮尺試驗?zāi)P驮诘孛娼M裝、同步分批提升、整體施工張拉成型各階段中的力學(xué)性能;采用ANSYS軟件對施工過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果基本吻合。該試驗方法對于復(fù)雜鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的施工具有實際借鑒意義。

Experimental study on cable net forming process of Panjin stadium

Abstract:Panjin stadium is a complex saddle-shaped cable net structure. In order to verify the feasibility and convenience of the construction program, 1∶10 reduced scale experiment was conducted. Computer simulation result was contrasted with experiment result to study the mechanical properties of the reduced scale test models in various stages, including the ground assembly, synchronous batches upgrade and the overall construction tension forming. ANSYS software was used to simulate construction process. Simulation results were proved to be basically consistent with experiment results. This experiment method has practical reference for the construction of complex steel structures.
