[摘要]榫卯連接是木結(jié)構(gòu)中常用的一種連接方式,將其應(yīng)用于腳手架形成一種新型的榫卯式鋼管腳手架。對(duì)榫卯式鋼管腳手架開(kāi)展了12組7-95m高整體支承架足尺試驗(yàn),研究其極限承載力及行距、列距、步距、剪刀撐對(duì)承載力的影響。采用SAP2000軟件建立榫卯式鋼管腳手架三維模型,經(jīng)12組實(shí)測(cè)試驗(yàn)校核得出,數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果和實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果吻合。運(yùn)用此模型對(duì)50組未進(jìn)行足尺試驗(yàn)的榫卯式鋼管腳手架進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬擴(kuò)展計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明,縮小行距、列距及步距可以提高其承載力,增設(shè)剪刀撐也可以提高其承載力。

Experimental study and numerical analysis on ultimate bearing capacity of steel pipe scaffold with dovetail joint

Abstract:Dovetail joint is a common type of connection in timber structure. The dovetail joint was applied to steel pipe scaffold as a new type of steel pipe scaffold system. The 12 groups of full-scale experiments on overall supporting frames with 7-95 meters height were conducted on steel pipe scaffold with dovetail joint. The ultimate bearing capacity was studied as well as impacts of line space, column space, step space and bridging brace on the bearing capacity. The finite element structure analysis software SAP2000 was used to establish 3D numerical model for the steel pipe scaffold with dovetail joint. The numerical calculation was testified by comparing to the measured results in the 12 groups of experiments. The numerical models of SAP2000 were used to conduct numerical simulation on the other 50 groups of steel pipe scaffold with dovetail joint which had not been tested in full-scale experiments. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity can be improved by shortening the line space, column space and step space, and additional bridging brace can improve its bearing capacity.
