[摘要]為研究高強螺栓端板連接件的抗拉拔性能,試驗共設計了7個外伸端板連接件試件,并對其進行靜力加載試驗,其中4個試件采用高強螺栓替代傳統(tǒng)的普通螺栓連接。試驗對比分析了不同方鋼管壁厚、螺栓孔間距、螺栓桿徑對連接件抗拉拔承載能力的影響。結(jié)果表明:改變連接件中方鋼管壁厚、螺栓孔間距和螺栓桿徑均可以提高端板連接件的抗拉拔承載能力,其中改變方鋼管壁厚對承載力的影響最為顯著。且對于5mm和8mm方鋼管壁厚試件的最終破壞失效模式不同,具體表現(xiàn)為隨著空心方鋼管壁厚的逐漸增大,失效模式由鋼管連接面失效轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槁菟〝嗔哑茐?。這些研究結(jié)果為高強螺栓端板連接件的研究和應用提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。

Tensile bearing capacity study of end plate connection with high-strength bolts

Abstract:In order to study the tensile bearing capacity of end plate connection with high-strength bolts, 7 extensional end-plate connections were designed in the experiment and static loading test was conducted. Among them, 4 specimens were adopted in high-strength bolts to replace the traditional common bolt connections. The influences of wall thickness, bolt hole spacing and bolt diameter of the different square steel pipes on tensile bearing capacity of connectors were analyzed and compared. The results show that it can improve the tensile bearing capacity of the end plate connection by changing the wall thickness, bolt hole spacing and the bolt diameter, and the change of the wall thickness has the most significant effect on the bearing capacity. The final failure modes between the 5mm and 8mm thick square steel pipe specimens are different, which mainly reflects that with the increasing wall thickness of the hollow square steel pipe, the failure mode is changed from the failure of the pipe connecting surface to the bolt breaking failure. These results provide a theoretical basis for the research and application of high-strength bold end plate connections.
