[摘要]針對(duì)工程中常用的膨脹型錨栓、模擴(kuò)底錨栓、自切底錨栓和化學(xué)錨栓進(jìn)行了常溫條件、低溫安裝條件和高溫受火條件下的基本抗拉性能試驗(yàn),研究了錨栓在不同試驗(yàn)條件下的抗拉性能。研究結(jié)果表明,模擴(kuò)底錨栓和自切底錨栓在各種工況下均表現(xiàn)出良好的抗拉性能,抗拉承載力穩(wěn)定性良好;化學(xué)錨栓在常溫條件下抗拉性能良好,低溫安裝和高溫受火條件下承載力與穩(wěn)定性有所下降;膨脹型錨栓在所有工況下均發(fā)生拔出破壞,承載力水平低,穩(wěn)定性差。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果給出工程中推薦使用錨栓的順序?yàn)槟U(kuò)底錨栓、自切底錨栓、化學(xué)錨栓、膨脹型錨栓。

Tensile property research on anchor bolt under low temperature installation and high-temperature fire exposure condition

Abstract:Through basic tensile experiments on expansion anchor bolt, undercut anchor bolt, self-cutting undercut anchor bolt and bonded anchor bolt under ambient temperature condition, low temperature installation condition and high-temperature fire exposure condition, the tensile properties of anchors under different conditions were studied. The research results indicate that undercut anchor bolt and self-cutting undercut anchor bolt exhibit good tensile properties and tensile bearing capacity has good stability. Bonded anchor bolt exhibits good tensile properties under ambient temperature condition, but the tesile properties and stability decrease under low temperature installation condition and high-temperature fire exposure condition. The failure mode of expansion anchor bolt is pull-out failure under all conditions, with low-level bearing capacity and bad stability. The recommended usage sequence of anchor bolt in engineering is undercut anchor bolt, self-cutting undercut anchor bolt, bonded anchor bolt and expansion anchor bolt according to experimental results.
