[摘要]為了了解國(guó)產(chǎn)低屈服點(diǎn)鋼的生產(chǎn)情況,得到低屈服點(diǎn)鋼的材性參數(shù)并進(jìn)一步提出其設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),收集到了鞍鋼生產(chǎn)的LY100,LY160和LY225低屈服點(diǎn)鋼材性數(shù)據(jù)。數(shù)據(jù)主要包括屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度、斷后伸長(zhǎng)率及沖擊功等力學(xué)性能。對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并研究了低屈服點(diǎn)鋼力學(xué)性能的厚度效應(yīng)。同時(shí)考慮了試驗(yàn)加載速率及試驗(yàn)機(jī)柔度的影響,最終計(jì)算得到LY100,LY160和LY225鋼的材料不定性統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)。材料不定性統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)將作為下一步計(jì)算低屈服點(diǎn)鋼構(gòu)件抗力分項(xiàng)系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ),為《低屈服點(diǎn)鋼應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)程》的編制提供研究依據(jù)。

Statistical analysis of material properties of low-yield-point steels

Abstract:In order to investigate the production status of domestic low-yield-point steels, obtain the parameters of material properties and present the design values, LY100,LY160 and LY255 steels produced by Angang Steel Company were studied. The main research content contains the data of mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, percentage elongation and impact work. The collected data were analyzed by the mathematical statistics method. In the meantime, the effects of the thickness on the mechanical properties were researched. Finally the statistical parameters of material uncertainty of LY100, LY160 and LY225 steels were obtained considering the influence of the loading rate and test machine flexibility, which would be used to calculate the partial factors for resistance of low-yield-point steels and provide suggestions for Technical specification for application of low-yield-point steel.
