[摘要]針對(duì)銹蝕導(dǎo)致鋼筋與混凝土間變形不協(xié)調(diào)而對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)承載力的影響,引入一個(gè)變形不協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)來(lái)表示銹蝕鋼筋與混凝土之間的應(yīng)變關(guān)系,根據(jù)6個(gè)RC梁的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果得到變形不協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)隨銹蝕率的變化關(guān)系。在平截面假定不成立的前提下,考慮變形不協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)的影響,根據(jù)代數(shù)幾何關(guān)系和內(nèi)力平衡方程求得混凝土的受壓區(qū)高度,進(jìn)而得到相應(yīng)正截面抗彎承載力計(jì)算公式。最后,利用已有文獻(xiàn)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該計(jì)算公式的正確性。

Calculation and analysis of flexural bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beams

Abstract:The impact of deformation non-coordination between the steel bars and concrete caused by steel bar corrosion on the flexural bearing capacity of structure was investigated. A deformation non-coordination coefficient was introduced to express the strain relationship between corroded steel bars and concrete. The relationship between the deformation non-coordination coefficient and the corrosion ratio was obtained based on test results of six RC beams. On the premise that the plane section assumption was not satisfied and deformation non-coordination coefficient was considered, the compression zone height of concrete was obtained by algebraic geometry relations and force equilibrium equations. The corresponding calculation formula of flexural bearing capacity of cross-section was obtained. Finally, the correctness of the calculation formula was verified by the experimental results from existing literatures.
