銹脹影響下鋼絞線與混凝土粘結(jié)性能研究*

[摘要]為研究銹蝕對鋼絞線與混凝土粘結(jié)性能的影響,設(shè)計制作了12根鋼絞線混凝土粘結(jié)試件。通過對試件進(jìn)行室內(nèi)加速銹蝕及拉拔試驗,得到各試件混凝土表面銹脹裂縫分布、混凝土表面應(yīng)變分布及粘結(jié)應(yīng)力-滑移曲線。分析了銹脹裂縫寬度對粘結(jié)應(yīng)力分布、粘結(jié)強度及粘結(jié)應(yīng)力-滑移關(guān)系的影響。通過拉拔試件的粘結(jié)應(yīng)力與先張法試件傳遞長度范圍內(nèi)的粘結(jié)應(yīng)力的關(guān)系,建立了以平均銹脹裂縫寬度為變量的鋼絞線傳遞長度計算公式。結(jié)果表明:鋼絞線粘結(jié)應(yīng)力沿整個試件呈不均勻分布,粘結(jié)應(yīng)力峰值隨銹脹裂縫寬度的增大呈下降趨勢;試件自由端產(chǎn)生初始滑移及最大粘結(jié)應(yīng)力下的粘結(jié)強度分別隨銹脹裂縫寬度的增大而下降;銹脹裂縫對粘結(jié)應(yīng)力-滑移曲線的初始線性段影響顯著,不同銹脹裂縫寬度試件的粘結(jié)應(yīng)力-滑移曲線差異明顯;傳遞長度計算公式可為鋼絞線試件銹脹開裂下的傳遞長度計算提供參考。

Study on bond performance between steel strand and concrete under corrosion-induced impact

Abstract:To study the effect of corrosion on bond performance between steel strand and concrete, 12 steel strand concrete bonding specimens were made. On the basis of indoor accelerated corrosion test and pull-out test on specimens, results were obtained including the distribution of corrosion\|induced cracks on the concrete surface, the distribution of concrete surface strain and the bond stress-slip curves. The effects of corrosion-induced cracks on the bond stress distribution, bond strength and bond stress-slip curves were studied. The calculation formula of steel strand transfer length was established with average corrosion-induced crack width as variable, based on the relationship between bond stress and transfer length of pull-out specimens. The results show that the distribution of bond stress along the embedment length range is non-uniform, and the bond stress peak value gradually drops with the growth of corrosion-induced crack width. The initial slip generated of free end of specimen and bond strength under maximum bond strength obviously decline with the increase of corrosion-induced crack width. The corrosion-induced crack has an obviously effect on the initial linear section of bond stress-slip curves. Bond stress-slip curves of specimens with different corrosion-induced crack width have obvious difference. The transfer length calculation formula can provide appropriate reference for the calculation of transfer length of steel strand specimen with corrosion-induced crack.
