［摘要］結(jié)合裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)介紹了一幢四層預(yù)制混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工過程。重點(diǎn)分析了該工程采用的型鋼輔助連接裝配整體式混凝土框架的設(shè)計(jì)與施工特點(diǎn)，包括型鋼輔助連接和裝配整體式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、施工驗(yàn)算、構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造和施工措施。此外，還從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度對型鋼輔助連接裝配整體式混凝土框架和現(xiàn)澆框架進(jìn)行了對比研究。分析表明，型鋼輔助連接裝配整體式混凝土框架構(gòu)件質(zhì)量高、施工快捷、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理，是一個(gè)非常適合建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展方向的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。

Design and construction features of monolithic precast concrete frame with auxiliary steel connection

Abstract:The design and construction process of a four-story building with precast concrete frame was introduced systematically, according to characteristics and development status of precast concrete structure. The research mainly focused on analyzing design and construction features of auxiliary steel connection and monolithic precast connection applied on this case, in terms of structure design, checking calculation of construction, component production, joint construction and construction measures. In addition, the monolithic precast concrete frame with auxiliary steel connection was studied by comparing with the cast-in-place frame from the economic point of view. It is concluded that the monolithic precast concrete structure with auxiliary steel connection is a very suitable structure type for development direction of building industrialization, based on high-quality structural members, construction efficiency, technical and economic rationality.
