［摘要］通過(guò)以C30為設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度，利用均勻設(shè)計(jì)法制定了20組試驗(yàn)方案，研究華能福州電廠Ⅰ級(jí)粉煤灰取代率的變化和水膠比(W/B)變化之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度，找出其對(duì)混凝土和易性及抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：隨著粉煤灰取代率的增加，混凝土的流動(dòng)性逐漸提高，而抗壓強(qiáng)度呈逐漸降低趨勢(shì)；隨著水膠比減小，其抗壓強(qiáng)度隨之增加；粉煤灰取代率為30％、水膠比為0-45時(shí)，混凝土28d齡期的抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到32-7MPa，其和易性也滿足要求。

Influence analysis of water\|cement ratio and fly ash replacement rate on concrete strength

Abstract:By using C30 as the design strength, 20 groups of test plans in Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant were designed by using the uniform design method to study the correlation degree between the  change of grade-I fly ash replacement rate and water-cement ratio (W/B). The influence laws on concrete workability and compressive strength were also studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of fly ash replacement rate, the fluidity of concrete gradually increases, while the compressive strength of concrete decreases gradually. With the decrease of water-cement ratio, the compressive strength of concrete increases. When water-cement ratio is 0-45 and the fly ash replacement rate is 30%, the compressive strength of concrete reaches 32-7MPa at 28d, and its workability also satisfies requirements.
