[摘要]大連凱丹廣場為商業(yè)綜合體項目,其建筑功能復雜,平面及豎向布置獨特,給結構設計提出較多挑戰(zhàn)。在設計中,地下室部分采用無梁樓蓋結構,局部采用大跨型鋼混凝土轉換梁;在鋼-混凝土混合結構體系中根據(jù)位能等效原則確定阻尼比;在大跨連橋和大懸挑結構部分,進行人行舒適度分析。結果表明:振型阻尼比法比較適合計算鋼-混凝土混合結構的阻尼比;通過人行激勵時程分析可以較好地計算結構舒適度。

Structure design on Dalian Kardan Galleria

Abstract:Dalian Kardan Galleria is a commercial complex project, its complication of building function and unique plane and vertical arrangement cause more challenges for structure design. In the design, basement used beamless roof structure, parts used large-span reinforcing bar concrete transfer beam. Damping ratio of steel-concrete hybrid structural system determined in accordance with the principle of potential energy equivalent. Pedestrian comfort analysis conducted on large span bridge and large cantilevered structure. The results show that the modal damping ratio is suitable to calculate the damping ratio of steel-concrete hybrid structure, and the time history analysis of pedestrian excitation can be used to calculate the structural comfort well.
