[摘要]大連港西區(qū)C03-3地塊超高層住宅1#樓為一棟三個(gè)單元轉(zhuǎn)角拼接建筑,結(jié)構(gòu)體系為鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。詳細(xì)介紹超限設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容,分析異形平面剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的受力特點(diǎn),針對(duì)因偏心導(dǎo)致扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)明顯問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的措施,對(duì)處于薄弱部位的轉(zhuǎn)角及細(xì)腰處樓板進(jìn)行加強(qiáng),關(guān)注不同方向地震作用下受拉剪力墻位置變化并進(jìn)行性能設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)可以滿足預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of super high-rise residential building with special plane of No.C03-3 Plot in Gangxi District of Dalian

Abstract:The super high\|rise building 1# of No.C03-3 Plot in Gangxi District of Dalian is joined by three units at corners, and it adopts RC shear wall structure. The main content of the out-of-code design was introduced in detail. The mechanical features of the shear wall structure with special plane under earthquake action were analyzed. The corresponding measures were put forward to tackle obvious torsion effect caused by eccentricity. The floors in the corner of weak parts and at the waist parts were reinforced. Changes of position of tensile shear walls under different earthquake actions were concerned and relevant performance-based seismic design was carried out. The results of performance-based seismic design of the structure show that the structure can meet the expected seismic performance objectives.
