[摘要]成都河畔新世界酒店為不對稱雙塔樓高位連體結(jié)構(gòu),雙塔體型相差大,其中塔一平面為狹長的L形,塔二平面為平行四邊形。塔一、塔二分別采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)和剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),兩座塔樓在高位由鋼桁架強(qiáng)連接組成整體結(jié)構(gòu),通過比較各種強(qiáng)弱連接的方式,論證了強(qiáng)連接的合理性。在進(jìn)行單塔結(jié)構(gòu)分析時,一方面需保證了單塔結(jié)構(gòu)能獨(dú)立安全工作,另一方面也要盡量調(diào)整兩座塔樓的動力特性接近,以減少通過連接的相互傳力作用。對重要的鋼桁架與塔樓的連接節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行精細(xì)的有限元計算分析,保證了強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)弱構(gòu)件;進(jìn)行超長結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度應(yīng)力分析,據(jù)此配置了相應(yīng)的溫度加強(qiáng)鋼筋;對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動力彈塑性分析,定性地找出了結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位,并提出相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施;最后進(jìn)行了振動臺試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果給出了施工圖設(shè)計指導(dǎo)建議。

Structural design of asymmetry double towers with top position connections

Abstract:Chengdu Riverside New World hotel is asymmetry double towers with top position connections. The shapes of these two towers are different. The plan of tower one is a long and narrow L shape. The plan of tower two is parallelogram. Tower one is frame-shear wall structure and tower two is shear wall structure. The two towers are strongly-connected as a whole structure by top position connector of steel truss. By comparison of all kinds of strong and weak connection methods, strong connection method was proved reasonable for the whole structure. In single tower structural analysis, on the one hand it should guarantee that each tower can work independently safely, and on the other hand each tower should be adjusted to similar dynamic performance in order to weaken the interactions of two towers. For important joints of steel truss and towers, the fine finite element analyses were carried out and the strengthening measures were put forward to ensure the strong joint and weak member. The temperature stress analysis on super-long structure was carried out and corresponding temperature reinforcing steel bars were arranged accordingly. The structural dynamic elasto-plastic analysis was conducted to find out the weak parts of the structure qualitatively, and corresponding strengthening measures were put forward. In order to prove the seismic performance of the structure, shaking table test was conducted. And some optimized suggestions were given to provide guidance for construction drawing design according to test results.
