[摘要]西安地區(qū)高層建筑地基基礎(chǔ)方案采用樁基或復(fù)合地基較多,但在西安某些地區(qū)分布有工程地質(zhì)性能良好的砂層,這類砂層地基承載力較高,壓縮性較低。結(jié)合一棟96-15m高的33層高層建筑,通過原位平板荷載試驗(yàn),從地基承載力驗(yàn)算、軟弱下臥層驗(yàn)算、地基變形驗(yàn)算、沉降觀測(cè)等方面分析得出,細(xì)中砂層作為高層建筑天然地基的地基持力層是可行的。

Design of a 33-layer high\|rise building adopting natural foundation in medium-fine sand bearing layer in Xi′an

Abstract: Pile foundation and composite foundation are the main forms of the foundation schemes of high-rise buildings in Xi′an. There are sand layers with good engineering geological properties in some regions of Xi′an, and the foundation of such sand layers has high bearing capacity and low compressibility. Taking a 96-15m high 33-layer building as an example, the in-situ plate lading tests were carried out. Through analyses of foundation bearing capacity checking, weak underlying layer checking, foundation deformation checking and settlement observation, it can be concluded that it′s feasible to adopt medium\|fine sand layer as natural foundation of high-rise building.
