[摘要]介紹了輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)墻面板用結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板抗沖擊性能試驗(yàn)的條件、裝置和方法,并根據(jù)歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制了加載裝置,研究了結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板在沖擊載荷下的結(jié)構(gòu)性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:同一樹(shù)種、不同厚度的結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板,厚度越大,抗沖擊性能越強(qiáng);同一樹(shù)種、同一厚度的結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板,芯板越厚(層數(shù)越少),抗沖擊性能越好;同一樹(shù)種的結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板厚度和層數(shù)相同時(shí),隨著芯板厚度的增加,抗沖擊性能有變差的趨勢(shì);意楊結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板的抗沖擊性能優(yōu)于桉木結(jié)構(gòu)膠合板。

Impact property experiment on structural plywood for wall panels in light wood frame structure

Abstract:The experimental conditions, equipment and methods of the impact property experiment on structural plywood used in wall panels of light wood frame structure were introduced. According to the requirement of European standard, a loading device was developed to study structural performance of structural plywood under impact load. The experimental results show that for the structural plywood with the same species in different thicknesses, the impact property is in proportional to the thickness. For the structural plywood with the same species and thickness, the impact property is in inverse proportion to the thickness of the core veneer. For the structural plywood with the same thickness and layers of same species, the impact property has tendency to get worse with the thickness increase of the core veneer. Impact property of poplar structure plywood is better than that of eucalyptus plywood.
