圓鋼管T形相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)平面內(nèi)抗彎承載力試驗(yàn)及計(jì)算理論研究*

[摘要]開展圓鋼管T形相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)平面內(nèi)抗彎承載力試驗(yàn)研究,考察T形相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗彎承載力特性、破壞模式和計(jì)算理論。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,T形相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞模式為局部屈曲破壞,隨著荷載增加,節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域主管中間位置應(yīng)變發(fā)展最快,首先進(jìn)入塑性并發(fā)生局部屈曲失效;繼續(xù)加載后,焊縫產(chǎn)生撕裂破壞。對(duì)T形相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行非線性有限元模擬以研究其抗彎承載力特性,分析得到的節(jié)點(diǎn)荷載位移曲線與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好;節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)生局部屈曲失效,與試驗(yàn)破壞模式相一致。最后,分析了兩個(gè)無量綱化幾何特征參數(shù)對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎承載力的影響,并提出了節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎承載力計(jì)算公式。

Experimental and calculation theoretical study on in-plane flexural bearing capacity of  circular steel tubular T-shaped connection joints

Abstract:Experimental studies on in-plane flexural bearing capacity of circular steel tubular T-shaped connection joints were carried out to investigate the flexural load bearing characteristics, failure mode and computing theory of circular steel tubular T-shaped connection joints. Tests results show that the failure mode of steel tubular T-shaped connection joints is local buckling. The strain along the middle position of main tube has fastest growth with the increase of load, and it first appears plasticity and local buckling. After continued loading, tearing failure occurs on the weld seam. Besides, the nonlinear finite element simulation on T-shaped connection joints was carried out to study flexural bearing capacity characteristics, and the obtained joint load-curves has good agreement with test results. The local buckling failure for joints is consistent with test failure mode. Finally, influences of two dimensionless geometric characteristic parameters on joint flexural bearing capacity were analyzed and the corresponding calculation formula of joint flexural bearing capacity was developed.
