熱軋剖分T型鋼弦桿三角形鋼屋架次應(yīng)力影響及屋架形式選擇

(1 西安建筑科技大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,西安 710055; 2 中國(guó)建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京 100044)[摘要]在編制《輕型屋面三角形鋼屋架(剖分T型鋼)》(06SG517-2)時(shí),計(jì)算了熱軋剖分T型鋼弦桿芬克式三角形鋼屋架次應(yīng)力的影響。計(jì)算表明,對(duì)于受壓的上弦桿,次彎矩的影響很大,尤其是屋脊附近,彎曲次應(yīng)力可能會(huì)達(dá)到軸向應(yīng)力的數(shù)倍,次應(yīng)力的影響不能忽略。為了使圖集的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,又計(jì)算了人字式三角形鋼屋架次應(yīng)力的影響。計(jì)算表明,人字式三角形鋼屋架次應(yīng)力的影響較小。兩種屋架形式用鋼量的對(duì)比表明,后者比前者用鋼量節(jié)省15%以上。雖然后者桿件類型較多,但數(shù)量較少且構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單,因此,圖集在編制時(shí)選用了人字式屋架。[關(guān)鍵詞]熱軋剖分T型鋼;次應(yīng)力;三角形鋼屋架;芬克式屋架;人字式屋架Secondary stress effects on triangular steel truss with hot-rolled cut-T-section chord and the choice of truss configurationSu Mingzhou1, Miao Ji1, Shen Lin2(1 School of Civil Engineering, Xi’an University of Architecture & Technology, Xi’an 710055, China; 2 China Institute of Building Design and Research, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract:The effect of secondary stress of triangular steel Fink truss with hot-rolled cut-T section chords was analyzed for compiling the national standard of architecture drawing 06SG517-2. The results reveal that the secondary moment has great influence on the compressed upper chord, especially for the chord adjacent to the ridge, and the secondary stress might be several times to the average axial compression stress. So its influence couldn’t be neglect. For the sake of economic and rational, triangular steel A-truss was calculated for comparsion. The results show that the secondary stress for the latter is much smaller than the former, and so does the steel consumer. Although the type of members of the latter is more than the former, but the number is less and the detail is simple.
