浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)T2航站樓Y形柱-梁軸承節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)研究

(1 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,上海 200092; 2 同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,上海 200092; 3 華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要]浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)T2航站樓結(jié)構(gòu)Y形柱-梁連接鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)中采用了以向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承作為轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)核心的球鉸節(jié)點(diǎn)形式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間理想鉸接的結(jié)構(gòu)要求。該節(jié)點(diǎn)由向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承、銷軸、鑄鋼件等部分組成,構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,無(wú)法用常規(guī)方法確定其承載力。對(duì)該鑄鋼球鉸節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了足尺試驗(yàn),著重考察了向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承的傳力性能和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)性能;在試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了有限元分析,得出了向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞機(jī)理,并提出了節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造改進(jìn)措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]向心關(guān)節(jié)軸承;球鉸節(jié)點(diǎn);節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)Experimental study on radial spherical plain bearing joint connecting Y-column and beam in Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2Chen Yiyi1, Zhao Xianzhong1, Ma Yue1,2, Wang Shuai1,3, Zhou Jian2(1 College of Civil Engineering,Tongji University,Shanghai 200092,China; 2 Architecture Design & Research Institute of Tongji University,Shanghai 200092,China; 3 East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai 200002,China)Abstract:A new type of articulated cast steel joint with radial spherical plain bearing (RSPB) was adopted to connect the Y-column and beam in Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2 to obtain three dimensional rotation and load transfer. This joint is composed of a RSPB, a pin shaft and steel castings, which is too complicated to be analyzed by traditional methods. The full-scale joint was tested to investigate the rotation and load capacity.
