高強(qiáng)鋼薄壁箱形截面梁穩(wěn)定性研究

(1 解放軍理工大學(xué)工程兵工程學(xué)院,南京 210007; 2 總裝備部工程兵科研二所,北京 100093)[摘要]基于薄板的彈塑性大撓度有限元理論和弧長(zhǎng)法,綜合考慮了各種缺陷的影響,分別研究了梁的長(zhǎng)細(xì)比、翼緣寬厚比和截面邊長(zhǎng)比對(duì)梁的穩(wěn)定性的影響。最后在考慮了高強(qiáng)鋼薄壁箱形截面梁的局部和整體的相關(guān)屈曲的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了以翼緣寬厚比和截面邊長(zhǎng)比為參數(shù)的高強(qiáng)鋼薄壁箱形截面梁的極限承載能力計(jì)算公式,并證實(shí)了公式的有效性。為有關(guān)高強(qiáng)度薄壁箱形截面梁的穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]箱形梁;穩(wěn)定系數(shù);高強(qiáng)鋼;薄壁箱形截面;相關(guān)屈曲Stability study on thin-walled box-section beam of high-strength steelGao Lei1, Sun Hongcai2, Xu Guanyao2, Qi Liang1(1 Engineering Institute of Engineering Corps, PLAUST, Nanjing 210007,China;2 No.2 Institute of Engineer Corps, General Equipment Headquarters, Beijing 100093, China)Abstract:Basing on elasto-plasticity large deflection finite element theory of the thin-walled steel plate, all kinds of imperfections were considered. The parameters that included the slenderness ratio, the width-thickness ratio of flange and the section side ratio were studied. Considering the relative buckling of the local and overall of the beam, the ultimate load-carrying calculation expression is put forward, which takes the width-thickness ratio of flange and the section side ratio as the parameters. The effectiveness of the expression is verified.
