斜向與旋轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)合平移工程中水平托架受力分析

[摘要]結(jié)合中國(guó)記者協(xié)會(huì)辦公樓平移工程,將平移動(dòng)力作用點(diǎn)設(shè)為鉸支座,摩擦反力作為節(jié)點(diǎn)荷載,建立了平面有限元模型,分別進(jìn)行了水平托換框架結(jié)構(gòu)在斜向平移、水平旋轉(zhuǎn)平移過(guò)程的模擬分析,計(jì)算出其內(nèi)力和頂推動(dòng)力。結(jié)果表明,斜向平移時(shí)托架的彎矩、剪力和軸力均較小,但千斤頂故障工況下內(nèi)力明顯增大;有限元方法與簡(jiǎn)化求和法計(jì)算的軌道上水平動(dòng)力有明顯差別;水平旋轉(zhuǎn)平移時(shí)托架內(nèi)力遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于斜向平移。建議復(fù)合線路平移工程中托架設(shè)計(jì)以水平旋轉(zhuǎn)為控制工況,增大托架設(shè)計(jì)的安全系數(shù),避免動(dòng)力設(shè)備產(chǎn)生故障。

Mechanics analysis on the underpinning frame in oblique direction and rotation horizontal movement engineering

Abstract:Using the translation of the office building of Chinese Journalists Association as an example, the 2-D finite element model was built. The motive force effect points were simplified to hinge supports, and the friction force was taken as concentrated load. Mechanics analysis of underpinning frame in oblique moving and rotating conditions was respectively carried out, and the internal forces and motive forces were calculated. The results show that the flexural moment, shear force and axial force of underpinning frame are very low in diagnal moving, but they become higher if any jack in trouble. Horizontal motive forces calculated by the finite element method are significant different with the results by the summation method. The internal forces in rotating are far greater than those in the oblique translation. So some advices are provided  including that must take the results in rotating condition as control internal forces,  use the higher safety factor in design, and avoid power equipment failure in construction.
