［摘要］新修訂的《建筑抗震鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB50023—2009）已于2009年7月1日頒布實(shí)施，為更好地理解與執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適用范圍、現(xiàn)有建筑后續(xù)使用年限的確定、抗震鑒定的設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、分級(jí)鑒定方法與綜合抗震能力評(píng)定、抗震鑒定結(jié)論這幾個(gè)方面，對(duì)新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的解讀與探討。

Basic stipulation for seismic appraisal of existing buildings

Abstract:The new Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings （GB50023—2009） was put into effect on July 1st, 2009. For the purpose of comprehension and execution of new standard better, the basic stipulation for seismic appraisal of buildings was discussed, such as application scope of the standard, determination of continuous seismic service life, adjustment of seismic fortification level for existing buildings, stepped appraisal method, assessment of compound seismic capability and results of seismic appraisal.
