[摘要]針對某復雜高層鋼框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系進行了結(jié)構(gòu)設計與驗算分析,介紹了工程上部結(jié)構(gòu)和地基基礎概念設計的基本原則,給出了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能目標,分別采用ETABS和ABAQUS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了多遇和罕遇地震作用下的反應分析,對比分析了結(jié)構(gòu)不同方向在不同地震動作用下的位移和內(nèi)力響應,并提出了結(jié)構(gòu)超限設計的處理措施。分析結(jié)果表明,概念設計對于高層結(jié)構(gòu)方案的合理、有效選取是非常重要的;宜對結(jié)構(gòu)中上部薄弱部位采取加強處理措施;加強層的合理布置有利于減小結(jié)構(gòu)變形、提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能;動力彈塑性分析可有效、準確地反映結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位,進而有針對性地采取相應的抗震加強措施。

Structural design and analysis of a complex high-rise building

Abstract:Structural design and checking calculation of a complex high-rise building with steel frame-core tube were studied. The basic principles of conceptual design of up-structure and sub-structure were introduced. Performance targets of seismic resistant design were proposed. ETABS and ABAQUS were used to analyze the structural responses under frequent and rare earthquakes. The displacement and inter-force responses of the structure were researched comparatively under different earthquakes. Some corresponding ultra-limit design instructions were proposed for the building. The result shows that the conceptual design is very important for the rational and effective selection of structural plan. It’s very necessary for designer to take some strengthen measures for structural weak areas. The rational location of strengthen stories is very useful for decreasing structural deformation and increasing structural earthquake-resistance performance. The weak areas of the structure can be found by dynamic elastic-plastic analysis and then some strengthen measures can be taken in a targeted manner.
