[摘要]介紹了某高層鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設計,包括地下室托換結(jié)構(gòu)設計、上部結(jié)構(gòu)設計、沉降觀測等。由于地鐵通道從該建筑物底部穿越,故地下室采用了利用整層高度來受力的托換結(jié)構(gòu)。整體結(jié)構(gòu)分析結(jié)果表明托換前后結(jié)構(gòu)特性變化不大,沉降觀測結(jié)果表明采用了托換結(jié)構(gòu)后整體結(jié)構(gòu)沉降均勻。

Design of a high-rise frame-shear wall structure with the underpinning structure at basement

Abstract:Design of a high-rise reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure was presented, which includes the underpinning structure design at basement, the upper structure design and the settlement observation. Because the subway tunnel will pass through the bottom of the building, the underpinning structure which utilizing the whole storey for bearing structure was used at the basement. The structural analysis shows that the underpinning structure behaviors are similar with the original structure. The observation shows that the settlement of the structure with the underpinning structure is uniform.
