[摘要]燒結(jié)頁巖空心磚是目前應(yīng)用最為廣泛的填充墻材料之一,但空心磚填充墻強(qiáng)度低、脆性大、抗震性能差,在近年發(fā)生的地震中都遭受了不同程度的震害。為評(píng)估目前建筑市場(chǎng)上不同孔洞形式空心磚的力學(xué)性能,揭示其易于震害的機(jī)理,本文選取四川地區(qū)廣泛使用的三種孔洞形式的燒結(jié)頁巖空心磚,考慮不同的受力面,對(duì)單磚進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究。研究表明:空心磚不同受壓面的抗壓強(qiáng)度有著明顯差異,均表現(xiàn)為頂面最高,條面次之,大面最?。豢锥葱问綄?duì)三個(gè)面的抗壓強(qiáng)度均有影響,抗折強(qiáng)度亦與孔洞形式密切相關(guān);空心磚的強(qiáng)度具有很大離散性,且其離散程度與孔洞形式及受壓方向有關(guān);所選取的三種孔洞形式的空心磚抗壓強(qiáng)度很低,除頂面外,其余各面抗壓強(qiáng)度等級(jí)均不足MU2.5,達(dá)不到規(guī)范要求;相較而言,空心磚頂面抗壓強(qiáng)度相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,離散性偏小,可靠性偏高。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of sintered shale hollow brick

Abstract: The sintered shale hollow brick is widely used as infill wall materials of frame structures in China. These kind of infills were prone to be suffered various damages and had poor seismic performance during the recent earthquakes happened in Sichuan area due to low strength and typical brittleness. Three types of shale hollow bricks widely used were selected from a typical local brick factory in Sichuan, and various groups of compressive testings and bending testings were conducted to figure out the mechanical properties and reveal the mechanism of seismic vulnerability. The results show that, the compressive strength of single brick presented obvious difference in three loading direction; the hole form of hollow brick played a key role either on the compressive strength or on the bending strength; the compressive strength of brick loaded on the top face was the highest, the compressive strength of brick loaded on the large face was the lowest; both compressive strength and bending strength showed a great discreteness and a low reliability; the compressive strength of the hollow brick used in experiment was very low, not more than MU2.5, and could not meet the requirements of the related current codes; and the compressive strength loaded on the top face appeared less discreteness than those on the other two loading faces.
