[摘要]采用SAP2000和YJK對某22m直徑的熟料庫筒倉結構進行了分析和設計,校核了兩款軟件的分析結果,保證了計算模型的精度。并結合筒倉結構設計規(guī)范對比了貯料荷載、內外溫差及季節(jié)溫差對倉壁內力的影響,分析結果表明,內外溫差會對倉壁產生較大的環(huán)向力和豎向彎矩,設計時應充分考慮。對比分析表明,在同樣的內外溫差作用下,倉壁越薄,倉壁所受環(huán)向力及豎向彎矩越小,故在內外溫差較大的筒倉結構設計中應適當控制壁厚。

Application of SAP2000 and YJK in analysis and design of silo structure

Abstract: A 22m diameter clinker silo was analyzed and designed with the SAP2000 and YJK, the two calculation results were checked to ensure the accuracy of the model. The internal force of the silo wall was studied under the action of the stored material load and temperature load in combination with the code of reinforced concrete silos. The results show that the differential temperature change would have bigger effects to the hoop force and vertical bending moment, it should be paid more attention in the design. Analysis also shows that internal forces caused by temperature change are directly related with the thickness of silo wall, the wall thickness should be controlled if the differential temperature change is large.
