［摘要］針對西南農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)穿斗木住宅因地震破壞影響、年久失修等原因造成的房屋整體結(jié)構(gòu)損壞、承重構(gòu)件腐蝕與開裂等現(xiàn)象，對廣元市旺蒼縣高陽鎮(zhèn)關(guān)山村的穿斗式木結(jié)構(gòu)農(nóng)房進(jìn)行實地調(diào)查，統(tǒng)計其所占比例、破壞形式及危險點(diǎn)，依據(jù)《農(nóng)村住房危險性鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（JGJ/T 363—2014），利用層次分析法對其進(jìn)行定性及定量的危險等級鑒定，得出各危險等級房屋所占的比例，并提出相關(guān)加固改造建議。

Survey on housing in Guanshan village and risk status identification

Abstract: Aiming at the destroy of column and tie wooden farmhouse located in southwest rural region due to earthquake and being for long years out of repair, the field investigation on these farmhouses in Guanshan village of Wangcang town in Guangyuan city of Sichuan province were made. After that, the proportion of them in the area, the destructional form and dangerous points were confirmed . Based on the standard of rural housing risk (JGJ/T 363—2014) and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) for qualitative and quantitative  risk level appraisal, different proportions of houses in each risk level were concluded. Also, suggestions on reinforce and reform were put forward especially for the destruction of such farmhouses.
