[摘要]某大跨輸煤棧橋采用下懸鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),該棧橋出現(xiàn)撓曲變形過大現(xiàn)象。通過現(xiàn)場對該網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進行截面尺寸、焊縫質(zhì)量、銹蝕程度等參數(shù)的檢測,建立考慮結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的有限元模型,并利用該模型對結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析與承載力驗算,分析了棧橋撓曲變形過大的原因,并提出了處理方案。

of a large span coal conveying trestle

Abstract: A large span coal conveying trestle takes suspended steel grid structure, which arises phenomenon of excessive deflection deformation. Such parameters as sectional dimension, weld quality, and degree of corrosion of the grid structure were detected, the finite element model considering structural current situations was established, analysis and bearing capacity of the structure was carried out by the finite element model, the reasons for excessive deflection deformation was analyzed, and the treatment scheme was put forward.
