［摘要］目前存在較多的深基坑因種種原因處于停工狀態(tài)，使用時間超過了設(shè)計期限，從而造成較大的安全隱患。針對北京地區(qū)的超過設(shè)計期限后的既有深基坑，闡述了如何進行檢測鑒定分析以保證后續(xù)工程的順利進行，希望對類似深基坑工程的檢測鑒定及加固處理有借鑒作用。

Detection and analysis of existing deep foundation pit extended using in Beijing

Abstract： Currently there are more deep foundation pits exceeded the design working life due to various reasons, which results of greater security risks. For ensuring the smooth progress of the follow-up project, how to detect and analysis the deep foundation pits exceeded using in Beijing Region was explained, and provides a reference for treating similar engineering.
