[摘要]以某重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)廠房結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為例,重點(diǎn)介紹了吊車組合數(shù)量、吊車橫向水平力傳遞、風(fēng)荷載體型系數(shù)確定、水平位移控制、肩梁計(jì)算要點(diǎn)、吊車梁長細(xì)比控制等,總結(jié)了一些具體的處理方法。實(shí)際使用結(jié)果表明,這些處理方法切實(shí)有效,可為同類工程的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Design of a heavy steel structure industrial building

Abstract:Taking the design of a heavy steel structure industrial building for example, crane combination quantity, crane transverse horizontal force transmission, determination of wind load shape coefficient, control of the horizontal displacement, the main points of calculation on the shoulder beam and the control of slenderness ratio of the crane beam were introduced. Some specific methods were summarized. The actual use results indicate that these methods are practically effective, and could provide beneficial reference for the similar project design.
